What to Expect

Working with us is an investment in trust and time. Handing over payroll, HR, or bookkeeping isn’t easy — we get that. That’s why we put extra care into onboarding.

 

Our goal is simple: to ensure we have access to everything we need, so you can step back and breathe easily.

Before We Begin

  • Onboarding Fee must be paid in full.
  • First Month Retainer must be paid in full.
  • Access to your systems must be provided (view-only or actual statements, payroll systems like ADP/Gusto, QuickBooks, HR policies, donor systems, grant files, etc.).

We will get to work as soon as all three are complete.
